Gift Card / Vouchers
Bambini Gift Cards and Vouchers are redeemable for merchandise sold by Bambini online and in store. If you need help to redeem a voucher online please contact the store. Gift Cards are like cash and are not replaceable. Gift Cards and Vouchers issued by us are valid for purchases from Bambini Ltd, Capital Gateway, Wellington, New Zealand and at www.bambini.nz.

Pre-orders
Items are supplied by Bambini Ltd, usually ex-stock. From time-to-time, we are able to take pre-orders for popular stock that is limited in supply and will sell out quickly. Bambini Ltd may require additional time to deliver these products, since at the time we offer them as pre-orders, they will not yet be in our warehouse. Our website will usually provide estimated delivery times. For further details, please call us or if you live locally, visit our store.

Agreement
This agreement is between you (the ‘customer’ or site user) and Bambini Ltd, once an order is received by us we have no obligation to sell, supply or complete the order to you until it has been accepted by our management team. Title remains with Bambini Ltd until full payment for the item(s) under the agreement has been received. Each individual order is considered a separate agreement. Each order will be accepted by Bambini Ltd at our absolute discretion.

Risk and Title
Once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address nominated by the ‘customer’ the risk and title is then passed on to the ‘customer’ who placed the order. If you are not satisfied with your goods please refer to our returns/exchange policies – and please note that all SALE items are not refundable or for exchange, unless proven faulty.

Bambini will not be held responsible for any items shipped by others, and we advise you use a tracking number if returning goods. Bambini will not be held accountable for return postage charges or any duty reimbursement – other than in the case of the item being proven faulty, in which case we fully adhere to the protections you have as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act. For all ‘change of mind’ returns, postage/courier is the ‘customer’s’ responsibility. For sales and exchanges outside of New Zealand, the customer will need to pay any duties and taxes necessary.

Returns / Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your full-priced item supplied by Bambini Ltd, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days, unwashed, unworn and with labels and tags still attached, for a replacement or store credit. Sale items must be returned within THREE days and can only be returned for exchange with an item of equal or greater value. Store credit cannot be issued for returned items bought on SALE. Items described as Final Sale, Outlet or Final Clearance are unable to be returned, unless deemed faulty. Typically, Swimwear and Underwear may not be returned, unless deemed to be faulty, for reasons of hygiene - however, we are open to the possibility of an exchange if we feel assured that the item has not been tried on. If an item supplied by Bambini is found to be faulty (as per the Consumer Guarantees Act), we will provide a refund and cover shipping. Alternatively, if it is your preference, we will replace the item if stock is available. We are committed to meeting all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please note that returned items are NOT refundable, unless proven faulty. Return shipping costs are only covered in the case of faulty items. Bambini Ltd reserves the right to charge a restock fee for late returns and any other returns or exchanges negotiated outside our usual Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property
Any trade marks, logos, pictures, images or text featured on www.bambini.nz or on our Instagram and Facebook pages are not to be copied or used for any purpose, without the prior consent of the directors of Bambini Ltd. If you believe an image or text featured on the site belongs to you and we are using it without authority please email us on store@bambini.nz and we will happily remove it or credit you, following proof of ownership.

You must not use or copy Bambini Ltd in any manner, which is not consistent with the rights of the owner or licence.

The website www.bambini.nz (also www.bambini.co.nz, www.outlet.bambini.nz and Instagram and Facebook, and any other website attributed to Bambini Ltd) is owned by Bambini Ltd and all content included on this site, such as text, graphics, images, data compilations and software, is the property of Bambini Ltd and is fully protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. We will pursue copyright and impersonation breaches to the full extent of local and international laws.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Bambini Ltd and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. All trademarks, brands and names appearing on the website www.bambini.nz / www.bambini.co.nz / www.outlet.bambini.nz and related social media sites that are operated by Bambini Ltd are the property of their respective owners.
