Free from harsh chemicals. Our girls' clothes are free of toxic chemicals. We are serious about keeping our baby girl clothes free from any harmful substances at all, and most of our cotton options and many merino styles for newborns and babies are certified organic. A bonus to choosing clothing from Bambini is that all our cottons, and all but a fraction of our merino pieces are machine washable. Fabrics are typically pre-shrunk too, making life that bit simpler!
Ordering online. We're happy to talk to you about your online order, whether on the phone or via Insta, Facebook or our Web Chat messenger. Our size charts are handy for you to check dimensions of hats and footwear to aim for the perfect fit. If that fit isn't perfect - we have an easy 2 week exchange policy on full priced items - check the website for Ts & Cs. Also, we have NO surcharges for using your credit or debit card, instore and online.

A Little Bit About Us
Bambini was born in August 2017, an independent store and a real family affair. Robyn and Julian are co-directors. Jules is a dab hand with plywood and power-tools, and you can see the results in store. He's a web project manager by day, having started out building websites and advising on site navigation in the earliest days of the internet. Robyn started her career in retail selling cameras at Camera House - before heading off on a very long OE, where she met Julian. Luckily, she persuaded Julian that life in NZ was the BEST! What’s in a name? Bambini (‘babies and children’ in Italian), came about through Robyn’s love of Italy and all things Italian, with the whole family having lived in a tiny village in Umbria in the early 2000s.
